Privacy Policy
1.Introduction
BINZARD LLC ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.binzard.com (the "Site") and when you use the services we provide, including our AI voice agents.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site.
This policy covers two distinct relationships. When you contact us or browse the Site, we act as the controller of your data. When we operate an AI voice agent for a business customer, that customer decides what the agent does and what data it collects, and we act as a service provider or processor on their behalf. If you spoke to an AI agent operated by one of our customers, that business's own privacy policy governs the call, and requests about your data should go to them first — though we will always help route your request.
2.Information we collect
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Personal data you provide. Full name, email address, phone number, and company name (if applicable), which you provide to us through forms on our website.
- Message content. Anything you choose to write to us in a contact form, email, or during a consultation.
- Call data. Where you call us, or speak with an AI voice agent we operate, this may include the audio of the call, a written transcript, your phone number, the time and duration of the call, and the outcome — such as an appointment booked or a request to be called back. See section 4.
- Technical data. Basic, aggregated information about your visit to the Site, such as page views, referring site, approximate region, and device or browser type. See section 6.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive information such as payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or health information through the Site's contact form.
3.How we use your information
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To prepare and send you a quote, and to arrange a consultation.
- To communicate with you, including sending you updates and marketing messages once we have established contact. By providing your phone number and giving your consent, you agree to receive such messages. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" to a text message, or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of receiving a quote or using our services.
- To deliver, operate, monitor, and improve the services you have engaged us for.
- To maintain the security of our systems and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
4.Call recordings, transcripts and voice data
Our core service involves AI agents that answer and place telephone calls. This section explains how we treat the data those calls generate.
Recording and transcription
Calls handled by an AI voice agent may be recorded and transcribed so that the business operating the agent can review quality, resolve disputes, and improve the agent's performance. Where a call is recorded, notice is given at the start of the call.
Consent
Call recording is regulated in the United States at both the federal and state level. Some states require the consent of every party to the call before it may be recorded. Where we operate an agent on behalf of a business customer, we configure disclosure and consent to match the jurisdictions in which that customer operates, and the customer is responsible for confirming that its use of the agent complies with the laws that apply to it. If you do not consent to being recorded, you may say so and ask to be transferred to a person or to end the call.
Voice data
We do not create voiceprints, and we do not use call audio to identify you biometrically or to build a voice profile of you. We do not sell call audio or transcripts.
Retention
Where Binzard holds call recordings and transcripts, we retain them only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, or as required by law or by our agreement with the business operating the agent. Where a business customer sets its own retention period, that period governs. You may ask us what we hold about you using the contact details in section 14.
5.AI processing and service providers
Delivering an AI voice agent requires third-party infrastructure. Depending on the configuration of a given service, we may use providers for telephony and call routing, speech recognition and speech synthesis, large language model processing, calendar and CRM integration, cloud hosting, and email delivery.
These providers process data on our instructions in order to deliver the service, under contracts that restrict what they may do with it. We do not permit our providers to sell your personal information, and we do not authorise them to use call content to train their own general-purpose models where that option is within our control.
You can request a current list of the categories of service providers we use in connection with your service by contacting us using the details in section 14.
6.Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies or fingerprinting to identify individual visitors. It reports aggregate information such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver the site securely and to operate its bot-protection checks on our contact form.
7.How we share information
We share personal information only in these circumstances:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf in order to deliver our services, as described in section 5.
- With the business operating an AI agent, where you spoke to an agent we run on that business's behalf. The call and its outcome belong to that business.
- Where the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will take steps to ensure your information remains protected.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
8.Storage, security and retention
- Storage. We store your personal data on secure cloud servers.
- Security. We implement SSL/TLS encryption in transit and access controls to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- Retention. We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete or anonymise it. Call data is retained as described in section 4.
9.Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request that we correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request that we delete your personal data.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, including for marketing messages.
- Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 14. We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
Where you spoke to an AI agent operated by one of our business customers, we will forward your request to that business, since they decide what happens to that data.
10.US state privacy rights
Residents of California and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected and for what purpose, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of sale or of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising.
As stated in section 7, we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may still exercise your other rights by contacting us. You may also authorise an agent to make a request on your behalf.
11.International users
Binzard is based in the United States and our services are directed to businesses in the United States. If you access the Site or contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law of your country.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and operating our business, or the necessity of performing a contract with you. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
12.Children's privacy
Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the updated policy here.
Where a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, such as by email to the address we hold for you or by a prominent notice on the Site. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
